1. What InfluBiz Is — And Is Not

InfluBiz is a directory that helps businesses and social media creators ("creators") discover each other and initiate collaborations, on a barter or paid basis, at their own discretion.

InfluBiz is a discovery and facilitation platform only. We are not a party to, and do not broker, guarantee, insure, mediate, or manage, any collaboration, agreement, payment, deliverable, or dispute between a business and a creator.

All negotiations, agreements, deliverables, payments (other than InfluBiz subscription fees), and disputes arising from a collaboration are strictly between the business and the creator.

3. Account Registration

Accounts are created and authenticated exclusively through Google Sign-In. Each Google account may hold only one business listing and/or one creator listing at a time. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your linked Google account secure.

4. Verification and Content Review

4.1 Creator Verification

Creator registration requires placing a one-time verification code in your Instagram bio and completing an automated verification check confirming the code is present. This also auto-fills your display name and follower count. There is no manual alternative to this verification. Attempting to register using an account you do not own or control is strictly prohibited and will result in listing removal and may result in a permanent account block.

We limit the number of failed verification attempts per account. Once the limit is reached, the account is permanently blocked from creator registration; contact support to resolve this.

A successful verification results in automatic approval and publication of the creator listing, without manual review. We may nonetheless review, reject, hide, or remove any listing at our sole discretion if it violates these Terms.

4.2 Business Listing Review

Every business registration is automatically screened for prohibited content before submission (e.g., sexual content, hate speech, harassment, violence, self-harm content). Flagged registrations are rejected; two consecutive flagged attempts permanently block the account from further business registration.

Approved business listings are placed in a pending state and are not publicly visible until reviewed and approved by an administrator. We may approve, reject, hide, or delete any listing at our sole discretion. Editing an approved listing's full details returns it to pending status for re-review; temporarily disabling/enabling a listing does not.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

InfluBiz offers optional paid annual plans, at prices shown in-app at the time of purchase, billed through a secure third-party payment gateway:

Free-tier browsing/contact limits are shown in-app and may be changed by us from time to time.

Renewals: renewing before expiry extends your existing expiry date, so early renewal never costs you time.

Payment Verification: paid benefits are granted only after payment is verified on our servers; a listing is never marked verified/unlocked without a confirmed, successful payment.

5.1 No Refund Policy

All subscription and plan fees are strictly non-refundable once payment is successfully processed and the corresponding plan or benefit has been activated on your listing.

This applies regardless of whether you subsequently choose not to use the plan, upgrade, downgrade, disable or delete your listing, or stop using the Platform. No partial, prorated, or full refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription period.

No refund, credit, or compensation of any kind will be provided for any technical issue, service interruption, downtime, bug, data loss, or unavailability of the Platform or any of its features, nor for the suspension, discontinuation, or permanent shutdown of the Platform or any paid feature, whether temporary or permanent, planned or unplanned.

You acknowledge that you purchase a subscription with awareness of this policy and assume this risk.

This Section 5.1 does not apply where a refund is expressly required by applicable law that cannot be waived by agreement; in such cases, only the minimum refund mandated by law will apply.

Price Changes: we may change prices at any time; changes apply only to new purchases and renewals and do not affect a period already paid for.

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate — including removing content, disabling features, suspending or permanently blocking accounts, and reporting conduct to authorities — without prior notice and without liability to you.

8. Collaborations, Fraud, and Third-Party Conduct

Any collaboration, agreement, barter arrangement, payment, content deliverable, or dispute between a business and a creator is entered into solely between those parties. InfluBiz does not review, approve, or guarantee the terms of any collaboration, and does not verify a creator's audience authenticity (beyond the account-ownership check in Section 4.1) or a business's intention or ability to pay or deliver goods/services as agreed.

Fraud Disclaimer: InfluBiz is not responsible or liable, in any manner whatsoever, for any fraudulent, deceptive, dishonest, or unlawful act or omission by any user, business, or creator in connection with a collaboration or any communication, payment, deliverable, or arrangement made through the Platform.

This includes, without limitation, non-payment, non-delivery of agreed goods, services, or content, misrepresentation of identity, follower count, or engagement, impersonation, and any scam or deceptive practice carried out by one user against another. You engage with other users, and enter into any collaboration, entirely at your own risk. We strongly encourage you to independently verify the identity and legitimacy of any party before entering into a collaboration or making any payment or providing any deliverable, and to report suspected fraudulent conduct to us so we may take appropriate action against the offending account.

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable advertising/disclosure, tax, and consumer-protection laws applicable to your collaborations.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its underlying technology are owned by InfluBiz or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without our written consent. By uploading content to your listing, you grant InfluBiz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content solely to operate the Platform, and you represent that you own or have the rights necessary to grant this license.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform relies on third-party providers for functions including account sign-in, hosting, identity/content verification, payment processing, and location lookup. Your use of features relying on these services is also subject to those providers' own terms. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or performance of any third-party service.

11. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

We do not warrant: (a) the accuracy or reliability of any listing or information displayed; (b) that any collaboration will be completed, paid, or performed as agreed; (c) that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; or (d) that any third-party service the Platform relies on will operate without interruption or error. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any feature, temporarily or permanently, at any time, without liability to you, subject to Section 5.1.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFLUBIZ AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, INCLUDING ANY LOSS ARISING FROM FRAUDULENT CONDUCT BY ANOTHER USER, A COLLABORATION ARRANGED THROUGH THE PLATFORM, OR ANY PLATFORM DOWNTIME, INTERRUPTION, OR DISCONTINUATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFLUBIZ'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO INFLUBIZ IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InfluBiz and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your listing content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) any collaboration, dispute, or fraudulent or unlawful act by you or arising from your interaction with another user.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Platform and delete your listing at any time, subject to Section 5.1. We may suspend, disable, or terminate your access and remove your listing at our sole discretion, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms, failed verification, moderation blocks, or as required by law. Sections 5.1 and 8–16 survive termination.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Platform and delete your listing.
