Privacy Policy

Last updated: [14 July 2026]

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Sign-In Information

Account authentication is handled exclusively through Google Sign-In. When you sign in, we receive your Google account ID and email address. We never receive or store your Google password.

1.2 Business Listing Information

1.3 Creator Listing Information

Repeated failed attempts to verify an Instagram account may result in that account being permanently blocked from creator registration.

1.4 Verification and Moderation Data

To confirm a creator genuinely owns the Instagram account being registered, we run an automated verification check against a one-time code placed in the account's public bio. Business listing text and images are automatically screened by an automated content-moderation system before publication to detect prohibited content (e.g., nudity, hate speech, harassment, violence, self-harm content). Repeated flagged submissions may result in the account being blocked from further registration.

1.5 Payment Information

Paid plans (verification badge for businesses; unlock plan for creators) are billed through a secure, licensed third-party payment gateway. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details. We store only the payment reference, verification signature, and resulting plan expiry date.

1.6 Contact-Reveal Information

A business's WhatsApp number and email are masked in the public directory and are disclosed to a creator only once they choose to reveal them, subject to any applicable free-tier limits. We keep a record of which businesses each creator has revealed, to apply those limits.

1.7 Location Information

If you use location autocomplete during registration, the text you type is used to suggest a city, state, and country. Lookups are restricted to city level; we do not collect street addresses or precise geolocation.

1.8 Technical Information

Our infrastructure automatically logs limited technical data (e.g., timestamps, error logs) needed to run and secure the Platform. We do not use third-party advertising trackers and do not sell technical or usage data.

2. How We Use Information

3. Service Providers

We use trusted third-party providers to operate the Platform, including for account sign-in, cloud hosting and database infrastructure, automated identity/content verification, payment processing, and location lookup. Each provider processes only what is necessary for its function, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and is not permitted to use your information for its own independent purposes. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Disclosure to Other Users and Administrators

Your listing details (name, description, category, location, images, collaboration terms, and, for creators, follower count) are visible to other users in the public directory. Contact details are masked and disclosed only as described in Section 1.6. Our administrators can view all registration data to review, approve, reject, hide, or delete listings for policy compliance.

5. Data Retention

We retain listing and account data while your account is active, and for a reasonable period after deletion where needed for legal, security, or anti-abuse purposes (for example, to enforce verification-attempt or moderation-failure blocks and prevent circumvention through re-registration).

6. Data Security

No system is completely secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by law.

7. Your Rights

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is for users 18 years or older only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 and will delete such data and the associated listing if discovered.

9. International Data Transfers

Our service providers may process or store data outside your country of residence. Where required by law, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser local storage and authentication tokens to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

11. Contact Us

We will acknowledge and address requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
